Fried Bee Hoon (Fried Rice Vermicelli)

This is another simple 1-dish meal which I tend to cook for lunch. This is another favourite dish in my household. This is another recipe which has passed down to me from my Grandaunt.  According to my Grandaunt, the beehoon has to be soaked in soya sauce water for at least 2 hours. I have asked her countless of times why I should do it and she just said "yap mei" (the flavour of the soya sauce will enters into the beehoon). For this dish, the ingredients are quite basic - garlic, onions, fishballs or fishcake, soya sauce, black caramel sauce, oyster sauce, any vegetables and seasonings. That's it...tadaa!!!
