Marble cake simply put is a basic cake with 1/4 of the batter mixed with cocoa powder. I am one of those who can never get a nice marble design. Its always comes out with moo moo patches...sigh!!! Anyway, as my other half puts its...as long as it taste nice, I am not complaining...ha!ha! I was telling the other half that I should try my hands on roll cakes....something different from the normal cakes which I normally bake for my household.
